Strategy Session: $425

Having goals and a strategy for the racing season, and an outline of long-term goals is crucial for consistent performance improvement. This option is for you if you love creating and managing your own training program, but need help setting goals or finding resources and information to get started.

During our strategy session, I will:

  • Help you define measurable, specific goals that are attainable yet challenging

  • Create a fueling and pacing strategy for your goal event

  • Provide concrete action steps you can take to reach your goals

  • Provide resources to aid you in your training to reach these goals

 The strategy session also includes one follow up call for questions and plan adjustments

In-person Coaching Sessions (within 10 miles of Exeter, NH):

First Session: $250
Subsequent Sessions: $160/session
Discounts available for packages of 5 or more

Available for strength & mobility, cycling skills, running skills, mental strength strategy or open water skills

First session includes:

  • Pre-session consult to pinpoint your goals for our time together

  • Assessment of skills & fitness, video analysis if applicable

  • From these, I provide a summary of the key focus points that we should work on during our time together

Each additional session includes:

  • Fully planned session based on athlete's specific needs and goals

  • Follow up with pertinent resources and information, including things to work on between sessions
