Welcome to Tri It Your Way Coaching, where I help athletes to maximize their training and reach their highest athletic potential!

We all know training plans are important, and strategic plans are key to achieving optimal results, staying healthy and avoiding injury and burnout. But coaching is much more than just a training plan. Purposeful coaching is centered on the specific goals and needs of the athlete. I work individually with each athlete to set goals and create a program that considers both the athlete's strengths and limiters, as well as the whole picture of their life.

As a wife, mom of two young kids, athlete and business owner, I understand how to juggle serious training with a busy lifestyle, and I work with each athlete to create a program that will bring success in the context of real life.
