Monthly Single Sport Coaching

This plan includes:

  • Personalized training plan based on your goal race(s) and performance goals

  • Fitness testing to ensure training is based on your personal Heart Rate zones

  • Dynamic plan with unlimited adjustments is built in 1-2 week increments so the plan is always appropriate for athlete’s current physical/mental response to training, as well as life circumstances

  • Bi-weekly phone check-ins to discuss progress, answer questions and adjust plan if needed

  • Unlimited email/text contact for questions between calls

  • Resources for strengthening your personal limiters and addressing your specific questions as they arise through the training program
