Coaching Package includes:

  • Customized training program based on athlete goals, built in 4 week increments

  • Check-in every 4 weeks to review plan, make adjustments and tweaks for next 4 week block

  • Weekly review of completed sessions in TrainingPeaks, and adjustments based on questions, life circumstances, weather, etc

  • Email/text support for any questions that come up throughout the plan

  • Sport-specific functional strength, stability & mobility program (includes self-assessment)
